These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chicago Bidet website and the bidet procurement and installation services we provide ("Services"). By requesting a quote, booking, or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
Chicago Bidet procures and professionally installs bidet attachments, non-electric and electric bidet seats, and related fixtures within Chicago and surrounding areas. We can install a bidet we supply or one you provide. Where an electric model requires an electrical outlet, we may install a GFCI outlet as part of the appointment where feasible and code-permitted.
Prices shown online are estimates for standard installations. Your final price is confirmed before your appointment. Unusual plumbing, electrical work, or fixtures may require an adjusted quote, which we will share for your approval before any work begins. No payment is collected at the time you submit a booking request; payment is due at or after the confirmed appointment unless otherwise agreed.
We design installations to be reversible and to avoid permanent alteration of your property. While we take care to protect your home, you are responsible for confirming that your lease, condo declaration, or HOA rules permit the installation. We can provide documentation describing the installation on request. Optional outlet installation involves electrical work that is not reversible in the same way as a bidet attachment; we will tell you before performing any such work.
We will contact you to confirm fit and schedule. You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Same-day cancellations or no-access visits may incur a trip fee, disclosed to you in advance.
We warrant our installation workmanship for 30 days. Product warranties (for bidets we supply or that you provide) are governed by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for pre-existing plumbing or electrical conditions, though we will flag any we observe.
If you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive calls and text messages as described in our Privacy & SMS Policy. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing our Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chicago Bidet's total liability arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific installation at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
